- Product has been used, washed or damaged by the customer

📦 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, we will consider it lost and reship your order completely free of charge. No need to pay anything — we've got you covered.

- If approved, we will provide return instructions and process your refund
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
